The final version has arrived and I am delighted.
I have been lucky enough to find collaborators in translation for Greek, German and French. All I need now is help with the Spanish. Any offers out there will be greatly received.

The ability to preview pages from your book on line is absolutely brilliant - a pointer to the book on Crossings!
Yes the preview is very useful but when designing the book you have to have a mind on the fact that its only the first 16 pages that get shown.
